Job Description:

Responsibilities Make joint sales presentations to auto dealers promoting the power of cable advertising and program Serves in a training and consultative role to sales managers and account executives marketing the combined cable program Travels as necessary to industry trade shows and Vehix sales strategy meetings Serves as liaison between ad sales and management and technical staff Attends major trade show functions and works in show booths as required Maintains memberships and relationships in local auto dealer groups and organizations Initiates sponsorships or additional promotion at industry events that are approved by GM Punctual, regular, and consistent attendance is required. Perform other related duties as assigned. Required Skills: Minimum Requirements Experience: Automotive sales management experience with emphasis on automotive Automotive manufacturer or supplier management experience, may include working knowledge of inventory systems, sales practices, advertising expenditures, and other relative industry information Education: Bachelors degree in business, advertising, marketing or equivalent Preferred Skills/Qualifications Proficient with computers; MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet) Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
