This person must also excel in customer and factory relationships. Proven Management Skills must include: · Ability to manage time and people effectively · Ability to lead, train and motivate service department staff · Ability to communicate effectively with customers · Ability to diffuse and settle customer disputes effectively Proven Technical Skills must include: · Knowledge of parts and repair techniques for General Motors vehicles · Knowledge of the latest techniques & training available for service technicians · Knowledge of General Motors warranty guidelines and processes Work with a great service team in a fun, exciting, and stable work environment.
