We are looking for a talented, motivated individual interested in pursuing an exciting career in the construction industry. This is an excellent opportunity to work together with the city's best fabricators, installers, architects and engineers to create high-end, large-scale, beautiful residential spaces in Manhattan. As a part of the construction management team you will be continually exposed to jobsite operations and play an integral role in the development and oversight of contracts with owners and subcontractors. An architectural or engineering background is preferred but not essential. Candidates for this position must be able to work individually and within a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Excellent paperwork skills and proficiency in MS Office is necessary; knowledge of MS Project is a plus. Salary commensurate with experience.
