Project Manager - Salary commensurate with experience. Firm seeks a dynamic and self-motivated individual to facilitate regional redevelopment and revitalization initiatives. The position will involve working with a team of design and planning professionals, public officials, developers and community members to promote an environment that will be favorable for smart growth, infill and redevelopment. Ideal candidate will have a Master\'s degree in urban or town planning with strong design background in architecture, landscape architecture, or urban design with a minimum of 5 years of related project management. An individual with experience in redevelopment implementation, corridor planning and transit-oriented design initiatives is desired and an understanding of local government planning policies and regulatory practices is a plus. Applicants should possess strong communication and organization abilities as well as graphic presentation and public facilitation skills with a knowledge of relevant computer programs.
