Job Description:
This management position will be responsible for the overall success of the planning, marketing, execution, and administration of the Architecture Sector. This includes: 1. Developing strong working relationships with existing architectural and engineering leadership and company-wide management to develop and implement strategies for the sector, 2. Coordinating and leading the marketing/sales efforts for the sector, 3. Leading and managing architectural projects, 4. Managing professional, technical, and administrative staff of the sector, 5. Ensuring maintenance of project quality standards and championing design excellence for the sector, 6. Representing the ms Architectural practice within the community, and 7. Developing and cultivating business relationships with existing and prospective clients. Incentive merit bonus available Requirements The qualified candidate will have a Bachelor's of Architecture degree from an accredited program and 10 years progressively responsible experience in managing design and construction of multiple projects.
