Job Description: Description: This role will report directly to the President and CEO of Corporate Resource Solutions, LLC. Responsibilities include providing the government client specific research, analysis, assessment and planning services to 1) compile the compliance requirements for the Human Resources Section, 2) record, describe, and evaluate the current compliance status of HR functions and the Section, and 3) recommend steps and actions to attain full compliance and best practices. 1) The selected candidate will research and identify the compliance requirements of the government client’s Human Resources Section in an effort to collaboratively develop and provide a detailed checklist of compliance criteria, standards, and requirements for the government client’s HR Division.
2) The selected candidate will research, analyze, and assess the current compliance status of the government client’s HR Division, and assess the current plan and efforts underway for attaining compliance, including compliance with URAC standards. Candidate will review HR actions of various types in order to determine and report in detail the compliance status of the Division compared to the checklist of applicable compliance criteria, standards, and requirements. Candidate will also identify specific instance of non-compliance and categorize by action type for data reporting.
3) The selected candidate will analyze the gaps between the current compliance status of the government client’s HR Division and the checklist of compliance criteria, standards, and requirements. The candidate will also analyze the status of the Division in meeting “best practices” criteria and the gaps between current plans and efforts and the required compliance status. The candidate will work collaboratively to recommend a compliance plan for correcting non-complying process and procedures and attaining full compliance with required standards and best practices applicable to the human resources functions.
Performance Location: Work assignments will be performed on both government worksite and at company worksite for a period of approximately 12 weeks. The government site location is in Denver, Colorado, while company worksite locations may be from various remote locations within the United States. Project deliverables are due at various intervals throughout the project.
Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must have high level of knowledge of senior Human Resources Management duties and responsibilities, best practices, and keen familiarity with federal government environments. Experience as a Human Resource Manager for more than two mid-sized government contractor companies is preferred. Minimum of seven years experience in a Human Resources management level is required for proper communication and skill factors involving applicable responsibilities. Familiarity with URAC accreditation standards and best practices is highly preferred.
Job Requirements: Must have excellent communication skills (both oral and written) with the ability to establish and maintain a positive relationship with internal and external customers. Must be able to work independently and take a proactive role to assure that deliverable items are completed on or ahead of schedule. Formal education or training in the Human Resources industry is a plus.
Candidates must be HIGHLY proficient in use of computer hardware and common Microsoft and other computer software products. Effective communication skills both verbally and in writing with superiors, colleagues, and individuals inside and outside the company. Candidate must be able to work independently with a high level of maturity and proficiency. Must be detail oriented with the ability to plan and manage multiple tasks/projects and possess effective analytical and problem-solving skills. Education: BS Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field is required. Professional certification in the Human Resources industry is a plus.
