Job Description:

This is a great opportunity for an experienced highway project manager/roadway designer to be part of high profile work. Your team will be completing the design of highway components in connection with major urban interstate/interchange reconfiguration projects and other transportation-related projects. You will also have the opportunity to mentor and direct junior staff, and assist in business development efforts. Our top candidate has at least 8 years of experience, along with a BS degree in Civil Engineering. Prior experience on any DOT or local agency project is required, while specific project management experience on Wisconsin projects is highly desirable. Registration as a PE and/or the ability to become registered in Wisconsin and other states is required. This position also requires a strong technical design background, including familiarity with Firm and Firm standards. Strong written and oral communication skills are needed to be successful in this role. Relocation assistance provided. If you have a proven track record of successfully designing highway projects.
