Responsibilities Manage, mentor and develop a staff of approximately 25 Profit and loss for the business unit Identify and market new clients and business markets Lead and contribute to business development efforts by assisting in proposal development and marketing activities Identify and recruit staff for new projects and clients Provide technical oversight for engineering projects including design and constructability Prepare and review project cost proposals Work cooperatively with other Firm offices in the US and worldwide; Provide business metric reports and projections Knowledge/Experience Minimum 10 years experience with 5 years management experience Bachelor\'s degree in Civil Engineering or related field (advanced degrees a plus) Professional engineering registration in or the ability to obtain within 6 months design and construction experience Firm is committed to the principle of equal opportunity in employment.
