Responsibilities: Develop and administer the and Construction Department budgets and schedules. Interpret and apply knowledge of Federal, State, and local laws, codes and regulations which implement established policies and procedures and to ensure compliance. Responsible for the overall safety of employees and subcontractors assigned to the D&D, Construction and Waste Disposal Operations departments. Coordinate the day-to-day interfaces and interactions to assure construction operations are well orchestrated. Experience in the decommissioning of nuclear power plants. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Proven record of working with minimal direct supervision, exercising independent judgment and taking initiative in a number of complex and sensitive areas. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. 15 - 20 years experience with increasing responsibility in the nuclear, utilities or construction industries preferred. Extensive experience managing large and / or complex industrial construction and / or decommissioning projects.
