Responsibilities Responds to all incoming mail from various stakeholders in a timely manner.9. Guides administrative office staff regarding document control.10. Review and verifies that items submitted for billing on Work Estimates are justified and confirm to actual performance. Determines percentage of work completed and recommends payment of Work Estimates as appropriate. Advises contractor when not acceptable or of necessary corrective action or additional documentation required.11. Assist in coordinating the compilation of relevant documentation and the determination of actual events and situations causing contract delays and/or claims and in evaluating validity of claims.12. Preparation of presentations to top management. 13. Coordinate and conduct bi-weekly progress meetings for all assigned projects.14. Implement and adhere with the QA/QC program, safety guidelines and contract documents during the work activities.Requirements Citizenship is required. BS degree in Civil Engineering and 10 to 12 years of field construction experience in utility and site development work. Professional registration is desirable. At least 10 years experience in supervision of field construction engineering. Working knowledge of multi-craft construction practices.
