Requirements: BArch or MArch from an accredited university. 8-10+ years of experience. Experience must include managing multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent design and contract documentation skills. Strong technical skills. Experience with AutoCAD and SketchUp. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically PowerPoint. Experience with Revit a plus. Outstanding interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills. This includes the ability to lead client and consultant meetings and make skillful presentations at public meetings. Ability to travel for project meetings and conferences. Licensure highly desirable. accreditation highly desirable. Commitment to senior living and sustainable design Ideal candidate will have experience in the aforementioned disciplines, experience in leading design software programs, and a desire to work for the best.
