Job Description:
Financial Auditor with Sarbanes Oxley process and testing experience in the financial services industry. The candidate will
-Validate design of controls and testing procedures to ensure relevance to current business processes
-Update SOX 404 documents as required.
-Prepare SOX testing status reports, identify inadequacies or deficiencies and develop remediation plans
-Establish effective communications with business process owners
-Review Internal Audit reports, narratives and audit programs to identify any changes to in-scope business processes and primary controls
Job Requirements:
The candidate must be a CPA with Big 4 Experience and SOX experience in the Financial Services industry.
Additionally, the candidate must have a strong track record of being with their Companies for a reasonable amount of time. History of changing positions often not desired.
