Job Description:
We are seeking an entrepreneurial and energetic Marketing and Sales Specialist to partner with one of the owners to grow our business. This position will be responsible for marketing our differentiated value to the health care community, building deep relationships with referral sources and inspiring the trust and confidence necessary to ask for and receive business. The Marketing and Sales Specialist will also assist in identifying the top referral sources, developing target databases, creating relationship marketing plans and tracking progress.

Requirements for this position include:
• Interest in becoming a part of our business, understanding what makes us unique and how we bring value to our customers and their medical advocates. The passion to build relationships within the health care community to tell our story, emphasize our differentiated value and gain credibility, trust and business.
• A skilled relationship builder with previous experience in relational marketing to referral sources. Experience in the marketing of services is preferred and healthcare industry experience would be a plus.
• Can work independently, manage multiple priorities, and plan effectively to maximize efficiency and contact with referral sources.
• Exceptional communication skills. Good knowledge of business English, spelling, grammar, and punctuation.
• Creative, confident, organized with an eye for detail.
• Bachelor’s or associates degree in business, marketing, or a related area is preferred.
• Reliable transportation required for calling on referral sources. It is anticipated that this role will be in the field calling on referral sources and building relationships over 90% of the time.
