Job Description:
Rehabilitation Medical Services Manager
Supervise & evaluate work activities of the medical, therapy, nursing, clerical, service and maintenance personnel. Evaluate the operation of a rehabilitation facility. Maintain good communication with the medical staff, and other personnel to develop & maintain the computerized record management systems, personnel activities/information, fiscal operations, budget planning, space & equipment availability checks & coordinate overall functioning of the facility. Create work schedules & assignments for staff depending on workload & hours of availability. Implement organizational policies & procedures according to laws & regulation compliance. Utilize e-MDs DocMan, NDCLytec, SPSS software or other comparable software.
