Human Resources Coordinator

The Job:
In this role you will have the opportunity to support our Chief Human Capital Officer as well as the entire Bridge team in the following areas: recruiting, on-boarding, staffing, performance management, training and development.

Other responsibilities include:
• Industry and campus recruiting (both full-time and summer intern) – supports the firm’s recruitment programs by:
o Coordinating and tracking all candidates through the process
o Communicating with stakeholders as required
o Tracks and forecasts hiring relative to hiring and capacity plans
o Develops and maintains necessary budgets, and collateral to attract candidates
o Develops and maintains necessary paperwork to support recruiting and hiring process (e.g., offer letters, confidentiality statements)
o Supports campus recruiting teams as required (e.g., maintains calendar, secures attendees for events)
• On-boarding – Plans, coordinates and conducts portions of new employee on-boarding to ensure a smooth transition of new employee into the firm.
• Staffing – supports the CHCO, Directors and project teams in making staffing decisions and managing staffing related inquiries by:
o Maintains staffing report and/or system to be current
o Produces staffing reports
o Works closely with CHCO to provide information to Directors and project teams regarding staffing availability, options, information, etc.
o Maintains accurate records of all staffing as input to the performance review cycle
o Maintains information on contractors (e.g., updated contracts)
• Performance Management – Supports performance review program to ensure effectiveness, compliance, and equity within organization.
• Training and Development – supports the firm’s consultant training and development programs by:
o Scheduling and coordinating firm classes/programs
o Maintaining and disseminating consultant development plans
o Researches and maintains information on outside vendors
• Other
o Maintains all employee personnel files (consultant and administrative)
o Adheres to the strictest level of confidentiality and discretion; does not discuss any personnel information or issues with anyone except on a “need to know basis”
o Maintains knowledge of legal requirements affecting human resources functions and ensures policies, procedures, and reporting are in compliance.
o Responds to inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs.
o Additional duties as assigned.


Job Requirements:
Qualification:
This is an entry-level HR position requiring 1-3 years of relative work experience. Bachelor's degree in a related field strongly preferred. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint are required.
