Job Description:

Working with members of Federation's Executive Team, this position will develop strategies and manage the formal process of identifying and placing volunteers within the Federation committee structure and ensure that these volunteers are appropriately integrated into Federation's development activities. Primary responsibilities of this position include: Create and annually implement an organization-wide volunteer placement process. Collaborate with Federation staff to identify and place donors in meaningful volunteer roles. Create procedures for tracking of volunteer assignments and placement requests Streamline committee communications, centralizing welcome and thank you letters, committee evaluations, committee missions and goals and volunteer job descriptions. Provide support to the Board of Directors, Board of Trustees. Governance Committee and Nominating Committee. Manage worker assignments and solicitations for the Board of Directors and Trustees. Create and maintain an orientation process for committees throughout the organization.
