Job Description:

Responsibilities: Develops and implements a comprehensive fundraising program to meet the short and long term needs of Chandler Hall. Develops a comprehensive fund development plan;identifying annual revenue goals. Develops staff and board roles in development through training, establishment of giving requirements and clear expectations. Works closely with the Board of Directors, staff and volunteers to assist them in fundraising activities Identify prospects for financial support; including board members and honorees for benefit receptions, dinners etc. Work collaboratively with Director of Hospice/Home Health to recruit, develop and maintain an effective Hospice Volunteer Program Supervises development/volunteer staff Creates and manages the annual development and volunteer program Performs other duties as required Requirements: Five years of fund development experience both strategic and tactical Non Profit Experience Preferred Ability to communicate clearly in writing and verbally Experience writing grant proposals Bachelors Degree.
