Responsible for daily operations of Volunteer/Docent Program Plan and prepare work schedules, appraise performance, address staff and customer complaints or issues and resolves problems Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organizations policies and applicable laws Conducts interviews of potential candidates-maintains list of available candidates-manages and maintains Volgistics management software system to track and inform Volunteer/Docent staff as well as other internet web-sites that the Intrepid uses for volunteer programs-further handles all Intrepid web-site information/changes for the Volunteer/Docent Program Assists with developing training and customer service programs including but not limited to guided tours and informative presentations Trains staff, creates collateral material for staff and customer handouts
