Job Description:
Job Responsibilities
·Ensuring the accuracy of financial reports
·Process credit card transactions
·Monitor the transaction stream for lost/stolen cards and charge backs
·Responsible for maintaining the daily and monthly credit card reconciliations
·ACH money management

Job Requirements:
Job Requirements
·3-5 years experience in processing and reconciliation of credit card accounts within an organization that does its own credit card processing
·Banking and/or corporate experience in credit card handling (lost/stolen/charge backs)
·Solid understanding of credit card processing, monthly reconciliation; some general accounting reconciliation is helpful
·Knowledge of interchange fees, charge backs, commonly used fraud techniques; process timing, fees and charges
·Some experience in ACH processing
