Job Description:
Job Responsibilities
·Review cardholder submitted expense claims checking for fraudulent and/or inappropriate activity, as well as those rejected due to system error
·Determine legitimacy of submitted medical expense claims based on IIAS standards (you will also be a part of the team defining rules within our organization)
·Proactively seek out cardholders to gather additional information and documentation
·Bring claims to satisfactory conclusion by researching and communicating information about appealed, questionable or denied claims; may adjust claims that have been processed incorrectly
·Oversee remediation of funds to employers from denied claims
·Process reimbursement to cardholders for claims originally not processed correctly
Job Requirements:
Job Requirements
·A minimum of 3-5 years experience in third party administration manual claims processing, possibly as a team lead
·Excellent organizational, project management, communication and analytical skills
·Intermediate to advanced PC skills including Word and Excel
·Ability to champion process improvement bringing innovative ideas to the table
·Bachelors degree preferred
