Job Description:
Clinical Nurse Manager - CU/Telemetry San Francisco - North Bay Area,-Vacaville/Fairfield/Napa. Clinical Manager is an RN who has 24-hour responsibility and accountability for the clinical and operational management of the Intensive Care and Telemetry Care Units. License/Cert/Credentials: BA in Nursing required, MA preferred. Current California RN license. Current AHA or equivalent BLS and ACLS cert required. Salary DOE. Job Requirements:
Skills: Minimum 3-5 yrs clinical experience in the acute care setting required and 3yrs in an intensive care setting preferred. Supervisory experience/training required. Demonstrated clinical experience in the Intensive Care area. Excellent oral and written communication skills required. Possesses teaching ability, leadership ability, and high professional standards. Must be well organized, be able to set priorities, work independently and is an effective team member. Word Processing and Excel skill required. Interpersonal Skills: Ability to interact in professional manner with administration, medical staff, and hospital personnel as well as external customers. Knowledge of regulatory processes required (JCAHO and Title 22. One of the positions available will require cardiovascular/post cardiac surgical care experience.
