Job Description:
We are currently seeking an experienced payments executive to build and lead our Card Operations Group.
Job Responsibilities
·Build infrastructure and business processes for effective strategic and day-to-day management, delivery and maintenance of prepaid cards and payment processing solutions
·Direct, manage and oversee QA, Customer Service, and Compliance
·Work closely with cross functional teams both internally (IT, Engineering and Business Development) and externally (across customers and partners, including employers, banks, distributors, benefit managers, retailers and suppliers)
·Develop tools and metrics to best analyze and report on card and payment operation
·Define, own and manage all aspects of cards and payments operation
Job Requirements:

·Deep expertise in payments and processing; intimate knowledge of some form of prepaid cards (payroll, gift, etc)
·Prior experience at an established payment/card company (either as an issuer or processor; ideally both). Examples include but are not limited to First Data, Tsys, Alliance, Fiserv, Green Dot, NetSpend, Springbok, nFinanSe, Prepaid Solutions, and major card companies (Amex, Visa, MasterCard, Discover).
·Experience working with customers and partners on a day-to-day basis while concurrently building out core capabilities to improve product and service offering
·Hands on, highly collaborative leader with high integrity and start-up/growth company mentality
