Job Description:
Manage a staff of scientists, engineers & technicians in the design, development, documentation, fabrication & test of all spacecraft antennas developed by Antenna Subsystems Operations Maintain a capable staff that is sized appropriately to the department\'s workload. Plan the development of all staff, both technical & managerial. Provide consistent & unbiased personnel evaluation & salary recommendations in compliance with company polities for all department personnel. Plan expected work for the department, staff the tasks & be responsible for completion of department tasks within schedule & financial constraints. Provide cost, schedule & technical control of all activities within the department. Manage antenna level review of all products. Provide technical leadership on all antenna products & their delivery. Manage all electrical engineering capital assets such as test chambers, ranges & computation resources including software to support all antenna programs. Develop IR & D program recommendations and support funded projects with adequate resources for successful completion. Create an environment in the department that will maintain high standards of performance, morale and personnel development.
