Responsibilities Lead and facilitate part time, or dedicated, cross-functional teams in achieving new product introductions from Executive Steering Committee approval to commercialization and post release product/project analysis. Utilize effective and innovative project management techniques that clearly illustrate project status and success. Develop detailed work elements, project tasks, critical milestones and contingency plans to achieve to meet design control requirements and speed to market. Basic Qualifications BA or Masters degree in an engineering discipline and MBA preferred. Minimum of ten to fourteen years experience with a BA or eight to twelve years experience with a Masters. Five years experience in a regulated industry (Medical devices, Pharmaceuticals) Strong analytical skills with emphasis on financials and budgeting. Problems solving and decision making skills. Ability to drive/lead in a matrix structure. Ability to effectively communicate at all levels and across the organization.
