Job Description:
Interact with Customers primarily via telephone, e-mail, and fax to troubleshoot network problems for customers. Serves as Liaison between customers and FEDERAL GOVERNMENT CLIENT regarding service request, inquiries, and information sharing. Acquiring and maintaining current knowledge of relevant service offering and FEDERAL GOVERNMENT CLIENT organizational initiatives. Fields and responds, as appropriate, to all calls entering FEDERAL GOVERNMENT CLIENT, as a first contact filter. Facilitates issue resolution through appropriate contacts within the organization. Contributes to FEDERAL GOVERNMENT CLIENT\'s goals to improve customer satisfaction, by offering information and cordial interactions with all customers. Follows established administrative, tracking, and best practice procedures. Refers to service level agreements to set expectation for service timeframes for service delivery. Applies established priority procedures to routine customer request for service. Maintains records on electronic database systems-initiate / update REMENDY database information. Supports information sharing throughout FEDERAL GOVERNMENT CLIENT and responds in a timely fashion to internal request for information and reporting data. Basic Qualifications Must have active Top Secret clearance. 4+ years of progressively responsible experience in the provision and troubleshooting of Wide Area Network (WAN) circuits in customer service environment.
