Responsible for managing and directing the planning, designing, implementing, and documenting of new, existing, and/or modifications of telecommunication systems and facilities. Bachelor's degree in electrical or electronics engineering. Eight (8) years of progressive experience in design, construction, operations and maintenance of fixed telecommunications?electronics systems. Five (5) years of progressive experience in design, construction, operations and maintenance of fixed telecommunications?electronics systems. Two and one half (2 ½) years of progressive experience in design, construction, operations and maintenance of fixed telecommunications?electronics systems. Zero (0) to two and one half (2 ½) years of progressive experience in design, construction, operations and maintenance of fixed telecommunications? electronics systems. Extensive knowledge of engineering principles and practices relating to telecommunications. Extensive knowledge of microwave radio systems and path calculations, radio systems, telephone systems and equipment, data communications equipment, and cable plant. Willingness to travel. Experience in communications site selection, desired.
