Responsible for planning, organizing, developing, and maintenance of design engineering programs and efficient, productive utilization of staff in providing high-quality service. Coordinate activities of engineering department or section. Assign priorities and staff to jobs. Coordinate time and budget on jobs. Client contact. Quality control. Qualifications: At least 15 years of technical experience in bridge design and inspection, and experience in tunnels would be a plus.
