Responsibilities include the training, supervision and management of our portfolio's engineering and building maintenance staff. Qualified candidate will be able to demonstrate a strong working knowledge of building HVAC mechanical equipment and knowledge of building electrical and plumbing systems. This individual will also be directly responsible for the hands on engineering and oversight of mechanical systems, maintenance and repair for the company's downtown Austin flagship office building. This candidate will have a proven ability to motivate staff through effective leadership and poses strong team building qualities. A self starter with excellent communication skills with tenant's and peers are a must. A Universal for and a valid driver's license are required. Additional trade licenses/permits are a plus. Good computer skills and sound reasoning ability with excellent technical skills are also prerequisites.
