We are looking for a Systems Engineer who will be responsible for supporting and maintaining the digital advertising services operating systems. This person should be proficient with the areas of system availability, performance, capacity and implementation. This position will also be responsible for responding to alarms and alerts; creating system documentation and triage protocols; infrastructure maintenance, managing content change control, and load management. Additional duties include: Monitors and handles incident ticket queue, performing analysis of problems across multiple systems and customers Performs deployments and installations for customers, as needed Represents Internet Ad Services in small to medium projects requiring the execution of various tasks in support of these projects Provides input for developing processes and procedures to deploy configurations into production environments.
