Benefits Supplemental Questions Under direction, the Engineering Manager manages a major section or program within a Division; assists in the planning, organizing, directing, and coordinating the various activities within the section; and performs related duties as required. The current openings are responsible for the comprehensive, long-range natural resource, permitting, and flood control facilities planning of all the Watershed Protection District\'s major watersheds Watershed Protection DistrictEngineering Manager is a Management/Confidential/Exempt position and is exempt from overtime. The position is eligible for benefits at the level.The eligible list established from this recruitment may be used to fill current and future regular, temporary, fixed-term, intermittent, extra-help, and part-time positions in the Watershed Protection District\'s Planning & Regulatory Division only. There are currently three (3) vacancies. The first position is responsible for the management of a systems-approach regarding the District\'s Integrated Watershed Protection Plan Program and review of development projects. The second position is responsible for advanced planning and management of the pre-design portion of the District\'s comprehensive, inter-divisional Capital Improvement Project Delivery System.
