Responsibilities will include: business development activities in the transportation group within the Phoenix office, expanding the firm's role with existing clients, and developing new relationships with transportation-focused clients. Qualified candidates must have strong working relationship with the Arizona Department of Transportation districts and preferably with other regional municipalities. The successful candidate will represent TranSystems with respect to a specific client assignment including go/no go decisions, contract negotiations, collections, proposal strategy, and all other matters involving the client relationship. PREFERRED EXPERIENCE: # An undergraduate or graduate degree in Civil Engineering with a Professional Engineer (P.E.) or Structural Engineer (S.E.) license. # 15+ years experience working on progressively larger highway/roadway/bridge projects with greater responsibility
