As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for developing, managing, and collaborating with a team of professionals, as well as, developing new business and maintaining existing clients in California and the Southwest US region. You will be responsible for overseeing the preparation of proposals, technical reports, specifications and construction plans, recommending foundation systems, and must have had previous comprehensive field experience associated with subsurface investigations and foundation construction. In addition, you will be responsible for maintaining billability, running projects, client billings, managing team performance and interacting with Associates and Principals within the firm. Requirements: Registered Civil Engineer license; Registered Geotechnical Engineer license; Registered Engineering Geologist (desired).
