Description Benefits Supplemental Questions Arlington is seeking an experienced, innovative, results-oriented manager to direct the Water, Sewer and Streets Firm, whose mission is to meet or exceed their customer\'s needs and expectations by providing safe and healthy water distribution, sewage collection, storm water collection, and street systems. It is the Firm\'s mission to meet those goals through data driven planning, effective programming, and responding to emergency situations such as snow removal and flooding. To be successful in this position, you will need strong communication skills, the ability to articulate a vision of how the Firm will accomplish its mission, and the ability to take feedback from staff while empowering, motivating, and holding them accountable. As the Firm Chief, you will manage Firm functions through two main funds ¯the General Fund and the Utilities Fund ¯with a total staff of 170 employees and a $26 million annual budget.
