We have been retained by our client in their search for a part-time HR Assistant. This opportunity is located in Clifton Park, NY. Hours are flexible based on availability but hours will be between 12-20 hours per week.
Position summary:
Assist HR team with various tasks including, but not limited to: Background Checks Offer Letters Processing new hire paperwork Processing benefits and COBRA payments Producing the turnover report Posting job ads and forwarding resumes from job sites to HR representative Process terminations, check requests Faxing, filing and other administrative tasks
Requirements:
Previous office experience is required Experience or interest in the HR field Ability to commit to part-time hours Must be organized, able to prioritize and work in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Word, Excel and Outlook Friendly and personable demeanor
