Job Description:
We are a top group in the metro area and we are looking for an experienced Manager to oversee a 2,000+ count per month Service Department operation. Applicant must be progressive, hands-on self starter, with a verifiable track record of building processes and experience motivating people, with technical expertise to lead a team of technicians and service personnel to the highest levels of profitability. This person must also excel in customer CSI and factory relationships. Proven Management Skills must include: · Ability to manage time and people effectively · Ability to lead, train and motivate service department staff · Ability to communicate effectively with customers · Ability to diffuse and settle customer disputes effectively Proven Technical Skills must include: · Knowledge of parts and repair techniques for General Motors vehicles · Knowledge of the latest techniques & training available for service technicians · Knowledge of General Motors warranty guidelines and processes Work with a great service team in a fun, exciting, and stable work environment.
