Job Description:
The ideal candidate for this position must possess as least 1 year of maintenance experience in the hospitality industry. Responsible for repairing and maintaining all areas of Fisher Island including but not limited to; replacing burned out light bulbs, responding to radio service requests, performing room maintenance to include minor repairs to walls, plumbing, carpentry, painting, filter replacement etc. Must be able to perform the mentioned tasks, with quality results in a safe and professional manner. Must be able to lift at least 50lbs consistently. Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends, holidays and evenings. Must possess a valid drivers license.
