Financial Reporting Manager Firm To expedite your consideration for this position, This position is for a self-starter who wants to be a integral part of a growth company that may go public in the near future. Responsibilities include the following: · Consolidating monthly financial results from foreign and domestic operating divisions and at corporate level including customary month-end journal entries, inter-company eliminations, etc. · Responsible for preparing various monthly, quarterly and annual consolidated financial reporting packages. · Development and maintenance of the consolidating reporting and ad hoc reporting, including key operational metrics. · Aiding in the coordination of schedules and analyses for quarterly reviews and the annual audit with external auditors and the preparation of audited financial statements. · Drafting customary disclosures for quarterly and annual results (footnotes, MD&A, etc.) Experience: Degree in Accounting, 4+ years of experience, required, SEC reporting preferred, public auditing experience a plus.
