Responsible for researching technincal accounting issues and supporting global organization to ensure Delphi compliance with all new and existing accounting rules add regulations Additionally responsible for review of complex and unusual transactions to identify accounting issues and advise on impacts on the Company. Also responsible for leading the implementation efforts for new accounting standards, as well as participating in review of proposed standards and drafting of standard summaries and comment letters. This individual will also interface with various internal and external (independent auditors) constituents on a daily basis
