Successful, $9 billion+ institutional real estate investment advisor seeks experienced Controller to manage and supervise investment level accounting for hotel portfolio and communicate portfolio financial results to investors, external consultants and internal management. 8+ years varied accounting exp., esp. in public accounting, investment analysis, hotel industry and/or real estate industry. Successful candidate will have a college dregree in accounting with CPA and/or MBA. Must have strong Firm technical accounting and familiarity with federal partnership tax law and complex ownership structures. This position requires strong organizational skills and excellent oral and written communication ability.
