Duties include managing subordinate supervisors who supervise a total of 200-250 employees in the Finance, IT Department, Accounting Department, and Purchasing Department; responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of these units. Manage the timely preparation and interpretation of financial information for the property and establishes and maintains the necessary internal controls required to safeguard the property's assets and its integrity and its compliance with regulations.
