Job Description:
Responsibilities: - Drive revenue and deployment goals. Design marketing strategies to generate revenue and ensure deployments for organization's Server and Client Business. - Develop marketing programs and sales velocity programs to successfully generate and accelerate sales opportunities. - Act as the interface to the field sales organization and other cross-organizational teams to deliver consistent product strategy and messages. Cross group constituents include the WW Server Business Group Campaign Team, US Operating Model Segments, US Core Infrastructure field sales, US CMG and Agency of Record. - Perform analysis of business metrics for decision-making. Design and manage data-mining activities and create resources to empower sales teams and drive revenue opportunities. - Attract, recruit and retain top talent onto the US BMO CI Team. Support the career development of your team and enable their day-to-day success by providing coaching and removing roadblocks. - Will ensure that our field and executives are prepared to deliver the Core IO message. - Will participate in customer visits and other internal / external presentations. - Will also work with the US executive leadership and competitive leads to ensure appropriate readiness across the US for local PR and evangelism efforts. - Will work closely with the IO leads in the US field to help shape regional strategies and execution plans. - These leads will serve as your inner circle for determining establishing and driving Core IO strategies to every role across the US subsidiary. Requirements: - A BA/BS degree and an MBA or equivalent experience preferred. - 5 years of related industry experience, a background in marketing and/or sales, ability to think strategically, experience designing and driving sales and marketing programs for a large sales organization. - A passion for organization products and solutions, business planning and analysis skills, and excellent writing and customer presentation skills. - This individual will be working closely with the U.S. field sales and partner organizations, other product and marketing managers, and cross-divisional teams. - As a result this individual must be detail-oriented and have a strong drive for results with an ability to build and drive consensus. - Candidate must be highly self-motivated, self-sufficient, and able to operate effectively in an ambiguous environment.
