Job Description:
Responsibilities: - Developing impactful marketing strategies, tactics, and programs to reach the country music market. - These programs will be well-integrated with the product line and complement priorities developed by the Marketing, Product Marketing, Music Programming and Label Relations, Video Relations, Corporate Communications and Marketing Communications teams. - Developing and executing scalable, high-impact marketing programs with a range of companies focused on the country music market, including consumer brands, record labels, artist managers, artists, music publishers, radio stations, television networks, entertainment publications, online businesses, talent agencies, music festivals, as well as other online and offline marketing entities. - Will be measured according to his/her ability to execute on marketing programs that acquire new customers and generate sales, exploring and capitalizing on emerging opportunities. - Programs developed will be assessed based on overall impact to sales and revenue, cost-effectiveness, ROI considerations, and alignment to Company goals and strategies. - Collaborating with team members responsible for acquisition and retention programs, sales, promotions, partner marketing, lifestyle marketing, music and video marketing, online and affiliate marketing, and product management for the application and the Store. Requirements: - A BA/BS degree is required with strong analytical background is required. - An MBA degree is preferred. - years relevant entertainment music marketing, with 5 years of working in online/digital media. - Experience in developing and executing large national consumer music marketing programs. - Excellent relationship management abilities/strong interpersonal communication skills. - Deep relationships with executives in the music and entertainment industries. - Skilled negotiator with a working knowledge of Business Law/Contracts. - Strong understanding of country music trends and influences. - Seasoned leadership skills with demonstrated ability to present recommendations and plans to senior management. - Excellent business proposal writing. - Skilled at developing and exercising cross-functional influence. - Highly motivated team-player and able to work in fast-paced environment.
