Responsibilities: Edit marketing literature/sales ideas and provide regular statistical and informational updates to existing literature. Responsible for reporting statistical information of product line. Report on Delaware's and competitors' mutual funds performance, portfolio composition, pricing, and service. Assist Product Management Group in developing, positioning and promoting mutual fund product line. Evaluate and review ongoing completeness and accuracy of all information pertaining to fund line-up. Develop and maintain periodic fund and market updates, including investment issues and marketing ideas. Assist in developing marketing campaigns for major product focuses (message, strategy, review, and implementation). Construct research on product initiatives using industry databases and research services. Help define and promote what makes Delaware's funds unique within the mutual fund industry and across distribution channels. Participate in training seminars for new hires, including wholesalers. Respond to information requests from sales. Support portfolio manager in-field efforts (i.e., preparing presentation materials). Coordinate Board reports for funds. Requirements: A Bachelor's degree, preferably with a Business/Finance background. Series 6 or 7 required within 6 months of hire. years of experience in financial services industry. Exceptional writing and verbal communication skills. Strong analytical and quantitative aptitude as well as strong interpersonal skills. Project oriented and able to meet deadlines.
