Responsibilities: Responsible for the marketing activities of the organization business unit for Parts, Filed Services and Repairs throughout the America's. Responsible for the overall proposal strategy as well as marketing pricing. Understanding market needs as well as trends in the market. It also includes the application of marketing policies in order to achieve both long and short term financial goals. Support the Sales Force in opportunity development/assessment with Customers. Will be responsible for development of the Commercial Operations team and standard quotation processes for the combined business units. Will use and develop tools to support, as well as track competitive Customer feedback, market trends, and pricing to better direct organization's strategies. Requirements: A B.S. degree in Engineering or Marketing is preferred. 10 years of experience in marketing/sales of rotating machinery or similar made to order capital Products. Experience in marketing techniques. Knowledge and administration of company policies and procedures. Ability to identify and evaluate commercial risks. Product knowledge relative to matching organization or similar equipment to customer applications. Market Pricing experience, in the served markets. Previous supervisory experience. Communication skills. Presentation skills. Proven ability to work with customers to move from transactional models to strategic relationships.
