Responsibilities: Plans overall work to be accomplished by subordinates ( employees) giving priorities and establishes schedules for work completion. -Continually improve office processes and procedures. -Responsible for formulation of policies, plans, systems and procedures. -Interprets budget guidelines provided by the Department, Office of Management and Budget and Congress for appropriate application to Reclamation programs. -Participates in program planning to ensure an integrated budget and planning process. -Analyzes the budgetary impact of new or revised legislation, policies and procedures. Qualifications: All applicants must possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 level. Examples of specialized experience include: provide budget advice and information, solicited and unsolicited to regional managers experience developing bureau or agency-wide program/budget processes for exceptionally large and complex programs.
