Requirements Must have a Bachelor's degree. Must be computer literate. Must have a valid driver's license. Should be in good physical condition and requires some lifting, and physical intervention for hazardous behavior. Job Responsibilities Assists/Instructs consumers with activities of daily living. Counsels consumers in establishing and maintaining effective interpersonal relationships. Teaches consumers how to define problems and learn problem solving skills. Assesses the extent and nature of the consumers strengths and needs. Maintains documentation in compliance with all regulations and policies. Assists consumers in developing/implementing service plans and individual goals. Maintains a safe and positive environment. Maintains contact with consumer's family members, case managers and appropriate community contacts.
