Responsibilities: Assists adults with developmental disabilities living in residential programs by encouraging and facilitating participation in activities that promote individualization, independence, inclusion and productivity. Participates in the development, implementation and monitoring of each individuals residential habilitation plan. Bachelor's degree in related health care field preferred, with minimum one year’s experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities. College students who have earned 30 or more credits are welcome to apply.
