Responsibilities: Develops relationships necessary to better understand the customer´s needs and decision-making processes. Conveys the company´s interests to the customer and the customer´s requirements to company management.Company distributes internationally and specifically into the US DoD, federal, state and local law enforcement and public safety markets. Commercial markets include oil/gas, mining, insurance, education, telemedicine and broadcast.Job Duties include but are not limited to: Supporting the President in preparing, developing and executing his business development strategies and plans. Developing new and enhanced existing business relationships--both industry and government. Developing and achieving the annual Sales and budget and forecasts. Exhibiting expertise in leading proposal activities. Exhibiting expertise in developing and presenting Corporate Pricing Reviews Formulate strategies and develop/maintain sound business and technical relationships. Is responsible for written policies and procedures for departmental operations. Basic Qualifications: The successful candidate will have at a minimum a Bachelor´s Degree in Engineering or Business administration and years of increasing experience and responsibility managing/ growing customer accounts in the FSS satellite communications market segment and managing an international sales and marketing organization.
