Responsibilities: The Director Business Development is expected to continuously prospect new accounts within their sales region through cold calling, direct mail campaigns, networking, industry conferences, and client forums. Proposal development. The Director Business Development is expected to collaborate with Agility’s proposal team to submit superior sales proposals to targeted prospects. Contract and price negotiations. The Director Business Development is expected to collaborate with the Vice President Business Development to negotiate acceptable/desirable relocation service agreement terms and service fees with new clients. Achieve revenue and margin targets. The Director Business Development is expected to achieve specific revenue and profitability targets for new accounts within their sales region or territory, on an annual basis.
