Responsibilities include:Identify and assess new project and market opportunities for potential development into significant new work ($100M+) Lead the development of new project and market opportunities and/or lead assigned project/program captures resulting in the capture of significant new work in the $100M +/- range. Work intimately with the BU Operations to integrate resources and capabilities across the BU, Group and Company to support identified capture effortsDevelop and maintain capture plans and conduct periodic briefings as required to inform senior management status and action plans to win.Organize required capture review meetings (Gold, Red, Green, etc)Maintain accurate CRM record history and support BU, Group and Company reporting requirementsPresent company and BU capabilities to customers and in industry venues.
